Registration and Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to complete registration and secure participation.

• Written cancellations on or before May 15, 2027 qualify for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations after May 15, 2027 are nonrefundable.
• No-shows receive no refund.
• Transfers to another eligible attendee or organization require prior written NALC approval.
• If NALC cancels the applicable conference or Athlete Experience, registration fees are refunded in full.
• Travel, hotel, shipping, materials and other third-party expenses remain the registrant’s responsibility under provider policies.
• All deadlines use Eastern Time.

Vendors agree to maintain their exhibit Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. Setup must be complete by 8:00 AM each day.

Minor athletes require a parent/legal guardian’s participation consent even when the guardian will not attend.
